LAT-LON RECEIVES FIRST ROUND OF FUNDING FROM TERMINAL GRAIN

Denver, CO. Oct. 2, 2000.
Lat-Lon, LLC (http://www.lat-lon.com) announced today it had received its first round of funding from Terminal Grain Corporation of Sioux City, Iowa. "Terminal Grain is the perfect partner" says Dave Baker, president of Lat-Lon, "because they have operated their own fleet of rail cars and utilize barge and tractor trailer shipping, they understand the importance of asset tracking". Terminal Grain was founded in 1918. Funding will be used to increase production capacity and hire additional engineering and marketing staff.

Lat-Lon provides remote fleet tracking and monitoring systems to the rail and road freight industries. GPS tracking information and monitoring status is transmitted via the existing cellular network to Lat-Lon's database (http://www.lat-lon.com) and is accessible by any Internet enabled PC.
